This beauty just started walking a couple of weeks ago!  10 Months old!  She had to keep up with her big bro and sis and walk the same month they did as babies!

Kyah can be the sweetest little thing, and she can be a little ornery as well!  She is bashful at times, especially when there is a lot of people around but she can be bouncing off the walls the next time you see her! She loves to climb too and is pretty good at it!  She LOVES gymnastics and maybe that is why she likes it so much...she can be a monkey there! Drawing is one of her passions and is so creative...she is always making something!

Cason

Cason is a mess!  He is hyper and all over the place lately!  He is a climber and loves to jump off of things (scares momma to death)!  He is still a momma's boy in a lot of ways, but he is a daddy's boy too!  He would ride on a four-wheeler, mower, or a tractor all day long.  Unfortunately he doesn't go to very often.  He might be a little ornery but he still gives great hugs and kisses!

She did not feel well during the photo shoot and needed a nap, but she still looks adorable!  She looks like Kyah in so many ways, but we get a lot of comments about her looking like Cason.  When I look back at Kyah's baby pictures, I see Haven a LOT!

Here I go again...

Well after taking almost 2 years off I am trying to get back to our blog!  We have had many changes in the past 2 years! 


Kyah is now a 1st grader.  She just graduated Kindergarten in this picture!  She had an awesome year!  She even came out with the Super Student Award for the entire year in her class!  She is a great reader too! We could not be more proud of her!  She is about to be 7 years old (going on 20)!  She is a big help to me being the oldest!  Her favorite color is blue and favorite animal is a penguin!!  She loves gymnastics but has unfortunately as had to take the year off due to a blessing we received last October! Kyah is also about to start learning how to play the piano!!!

Cason is my super duper hyper cute as a bug boy!  I love this kid and all of his antics; however, I will be gray or bald by the time he is 10.  He has broken both arms and had his eye glued from his business!  He loves anything to do with four wheelers, tractors, lawn mowers....I think you get the point-anything that rides on wheels!  He is growing up way too fast and can talk very well now.  We just gave up the uh-oh (aka pacy) and that was a lil hard on mommy.  Potty training is going, but not great yet!  He is def. a silly boy most of the time!

Then in February of 2014 we found out we were expecting another child!  It came as a surprise, but goodness we could not fathom not having our precious baby girl now!

7 pounds 9 oz.

She is now 8 months old and is one of a kind!  She loves to crawl, stand-up, put EVERYTHING in her mouth, growl, and pull hair like crazy!  She has 2 teeth and does not like to sleep at night.  We love her smile and her big personality....she definitely as a stubborn side lol!!

Mark is still full time pastoring and we are so happy with where God has placed us!  We can't imagine being somewhere else! We love our church family!  God has BLESSED BEYOND MEASURE!!

I work part time at a local trailer store as the receptionist.  In August I will have been there a year.  I also still clean on the side.  Balancing God, church, family, and work can be a challenge; but I love it!

My Family

  It has been awhile since I have worked on this blog.  When I had Cason life just kind of started going into warp speed and I feel behind on most things these days.  Also getting the IPhone did not help because my computer use as gone down considerably!!

  Mark is still a full time pastor and we are loving it!  We feel so blessed to be called to be used by God and right now it is at Oak Grove (fine if it is where we are for a very long time)!  We love our church family and love worshipping God as a family with them.  God has truly blessed us! 

Kyah is in preschool now and doing extremely well! We had parent/teacher conferences recently and her teacher said she is above average right now!  She called her dependable and likes to use her for certain jobs like door holder :) Kyah is A-OK with that!!  She has really started becoming more social at school (always been a lil timid in unfamiliar places and people).  She LOVES gymnastics and is pretty good as well.  I remember taking her at 2 years old and it was a challenge, but now at 5 she is flourishing!

Cason turned 1 not too long ago.  He is your typical little boy: full of energy, into everything imaginable, LOVES all kinds of balls, and climbs on everything!  He keeps me in better shape trying to keep up with him.  He goes to Mothers Day Program 2 days a week for a couple of hours and he is doing very well there.  They think he is so good (busy, but good)-he has them fooled or something :) He is still very much a mommas boy!! I only wish he was a better sleeper lol!

I am staying home some and clean homes/businesses on the side.  I try to be very active of course in our church and at times that keeps me busy.  It is a full time job taking care of my kids and trying to keep house (not great I admit)...but I know I will look back in the years to come and wish they were lil again.

MISC-Been awhile

Here is Cason in his helmet.  He DID not enjoy it at all, and momma was not strict on it so we just finally gave up.  He still has some flattening but pray the Lord works it out!  But he sure was a cute lil guy in it tho!!

 

 

This is a lot of the cousins-we do have several missing as well tho.

 

Cason is my little WATER BUG-he is extremely obsessed with water (lil scary I know)!  It loves baths, showers, swimming pools, etc as long as it has water he is a very happy young man :)

Here is my beautiful girl-she is growing up SO fast and very smart!!  She keeps us laughing all the time and loves to make up silly rhyming words.

Cason's 1st zoo trip!  Kyah had a blast with all her friends!  Preschool church trip!!

Cason (last 8 mos)

Cason is my sweet lil boy!  He is a mommas boy right now (which hurts my feeling so badly :))  He has changed so much in the past (almost) 8 mos!  It seems like all of a sudden he started doing all kinds of things!  He got his 1st tooth a couple of weeks ago, has been army crawling for about a month, and just now started lifting himself up to a standing position!  He was born with torticollis and so he has had to go to physical therapy for a couple of months now, and we decided to get a helmet to help with the flattening of his head.  We all pray that it helps quickly so he will not have to suffer through the summer!  He has a temper and much busier than Kyah was at this age, but he also has a very sweet demeaner about him.  Everyone at church loves to hold him because he is so good!!  He is such a blessing!!

Kyah (last 8 mos)

My sweet lil red head!  Kyah has really blossomed the last year.  She is so smart and suprises me daily with her little comments or phrases she says.  She cracks us all up with what she says, but also her facial gestures.  She loves to make jokes and make people laugh :)  She is such a sweet, independent young lady!  She can be a lil tom-boy hunting to being a girl girl dancing and prancing around!  She still loves to sing as well!!  I feel truly blessed to be her mom!
